What is DolorClast® High Power Laser?

We will often use the DolorClast® High Power Laser in combination with the DolorClast® Extracorporeal Shockwave Treatment and exercise rehabilitation as a combined ‘Guided DolorClast® Therapy’, as an optimal, evidence-based treatment protocol to kick start the healing process.
How does DolorClast® High Power Laser work?
The DolorClast® High Power Laser was designed to work at a specific wavelength within the ‘therapeutic window’. At this wavelength (905nm) the laser will penetrate the tissues deeply rather than being mostly absorbed by water, blood or melanin. As a result, the laser can trigger biological mechanisms crucial for the healing process, offering a quick pain relief and absorption of oedema.
